SellYouriPhoneToday.com purchases devices directly from customers. We do not sell physical products to consumers.
Because of the nature of our business, traditional product returns do not apply. The terms below govern device submissions and payments.
Device Evaluation & Final Sale
All devices are evaluated based on the information provided during submission.
Once inspection is complete and a final offer is accepted, payment is issued and the transaction is considered final.
Completed sales are non-refundable.
Customer Responsibility
Before shipping, customers must:
• Remove all personal data
• Disable Find My iPhone and iCloud lock
• Remove SIM cards
Failure to remove activation locks may delay or prevent payment.
Shipping Charge
A flat $10 shipping charge is applied at checkout for delivery of the secure shipping kit.
The shipping charge is refunded when a final offer is accepted and payment is issued.
If the device is returned because a final or revised offer is declined, the shipping charge is not refunded.
Revised Offers
If inspection reveals differences from the original submission (including but not limited to condition, model, storage capacity, carrier status, or functionality), a revised offer may be issued.
You may:
• Accept the revised offer and receive payment within 24 hours
• Decline the revised offer and request return of your device
If declined, the device will be returned and the shipping fee will not be credited.
Devices We Cannot Purchase
We reserve the right to reject devices that are:
• iCloud locked
• Blacklisted or reported lost/stolen
• Activation locked
• Non-functional beyond declared condition
• Materially misrepresented
If a device cannot be purchased, it may be returned at the customer’s expense.
