These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SellYouriPhoneToday.com (the “Site”) and the services provided through the Site (the “Services”).

By submitting a device, purchasing a shipping kit, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Services

SellYouriPhoneToday.com purchases eligible devices directly from customers. We provide device evaluation, shipping coordination, and payment processing services in connection with those purchases.

We do not sell consumer goods through this Site.

2. Accurate Representation

You agree to provide complete and accurate information regarding your device, including but not limited to:

  • ModelStorage capacity
  • Carrier status
  • Functional condition
  • Cosmetic condition
  • Activation lock status

If inspection reveals material differences from the submitted information, a revised offer may be issued.

Material misrepresentation may result in cancellation of the transaction.

3. Ownership & Authorization

By submitting a device, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the lawful owner of the device
  • The device is not lost, stolen, or blacklisted
  • The device is not subject to financing, lease, or installment agreements
  • You have the legal right to sell the device

Devices that are lost, stolen, blacklisted, activation locked, or subject to third-party claims will not be purchased.

We reserve the right to report suspected stolen property to appropriate authorities.

4. Inspection & Offers

All devices are subject to inspection upon receipt.

If the device matches the submitted information, the original offer will stand.

If discrepancies are identified, a revised offer may be issued. You may accept the revised offer or request return of your device.

5. Final Sale

Once a final offer is accepted and payment is issued, the transaction is complete and final.

Completed sales are non-refundable and non-reversible.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

A flat $10 shipping fee is charged for delivery of the secure shipping kit. This amount is credited back upon completed sale.

Devices are shipped via insured and trackable USPS Priority service.

Risk of loss transfers to us upon confirmed carrier delivery to our designated address.

We are not responsible for carrier delays once a shipment has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

7. Devices We Cannot Purchase

We reserve the right to reject devices that are:

  • Activation locked (including iCloud lock)
  • Blacklisted or reported lost/stolen
  • Materially misrepresented
  • Non-functional beyond declared condition

Rejected devices may be returned at the customer’s expense.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the agreed purchase amount for the device.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Lost dataLoss of profits
  • Carrier delays outside our control

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes 
  • Attempt to interfere with the Site’s security
  • Submit fraudulent or misleading information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
