Shipping Kit Delivery
A flat $10 shipping fee is charged at checkout for delivery of the secure shipping kit.
The kit includes:
- Protective packaging
- Prepaid USPS Priority return label
- Tracking
- Insurance coverage
Shipping kits are typically delivered within standard USPS delivery timeframes. Devices shipped using labels not provided by us may not be covered by our insurance protections.
Return Shipping to Us
Devices must be shipped using the prepaid USPS Priority return label included in the kit.
All return shipments include tracking and insurance.
Customers are responsible for properly packaging their device using the materials provided.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to SellYouriPhoneToday.com once the carrier confirms delivery to our designated receiving address.
We are not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Delivery exceptions outside our controlI
- Improper packaging by the customer
In the event a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, claims will be handled in accordance with USPS insurance procedures.
Shipping Charge
A flat $10 shipping charge applies at checkout for delivery of the secure shipping kit.
The $10 is refunded when your final offer is accepted and payment is issued.
If a final or revised offer is declined, the shipping charge is not refunded.
